Calm an overactive nervous system and migraines lose their grip.
A 5-week daily guide that teaches you to read your body's early warning signs and calm the threat response, so attacks come less often, hit less hard, and stop scaring you.
You are three minutes from the next attack, or three minutes from calmer. Both start the same way.
There is no cure here. I want to be straight with you before you read another word.
What there is: a daily five to ten minutes of practice that changes what your nervous system does when an attack starts. And a coach that sits with you in the moment an attack threatens, and talks you through what to do.
If you have driven home in the dark with one eye shut, this is for you.
What the coach does in the first five minutes of an attack
You open it, type what you are feeling (neck stiff, lights too loud, vision going soft in one eye), and it gives you one sequence, spoken slowly, that takes about three minutes. Extended exhale. Jaw release. Eyes off the screen. Nothing exotic, and nothing that needs you to be at your best, because you won't be.
It also knows the signs that mean stop and get help. Sudden thunderclap onset, fever with a stiff neck, confusion, sudden weakness, sudden loss of vision. It says so, in plain words, and tells you where to go.
Why I am the person to build this
I ran some of the UK sumatriptan trials for Glaxo. I was not a sceptic on the sidelines. I wanted it to work. For some people it did. For me it dulled the pain and did not stop the attacks.
Then I became a chiropractor because something had shifted in my own nervous system, and I spent the next 25 years trying to understand what. I went from one attack a month to none.
I am not selling you a cure. I am selling you the method I built while trying to find out why mine stopped.
What the evidence actually supports, and what it doesn't
The vagus nerve is real, and breath, posture and touch genuinely shift autonomic state. That part is well established, and it is why slow breathing has been studied so much in pain.
What is thinner: proof that this specific five-week sequence lowers attack frequency for everyone. Migraine is heterogeneous, and the trial evidence for non-drug nervous-system work is promising rather than settled. I have watched it work for a long time in clinic. That is not the same as a randomised trial, and I will not pretend it is.
Which is why the refund is unconditional once you have finished the five weeks. I would rather you tested it than believed me.
Why it works on the alarm, not the triggers
Most approaches work on the trigger. Cut the wine, the cheese, the screen, the weather. Eventually you are standing in an empty room, having removed almost everything, and the alarm is still going off.
The alarm is the problem. Your nervous system has been under load for years, and a system with no reserve left treats normal input as a threat. That is why the list keeps growing.
The course is five weeks of small daily practice to take the load off. Not to fix a broken system. Yours is not broken.
Your triggers are not random. They are a signal.
The trigeminal nerve is the primary pain pathway in migraine. When it is sensitised, it releases CGRP, a protein that activates the pain you feel.
The vagus nerve is the brake on that whole cascade. When vagal tone is low, the brake is off, and the trigeminal system fires with nothing holding it back.
Everything in this course works through one core shift: retraining your nervous system to move from sympathetic hyperarousal (the fight-or-flight state that leaves you braced and sensitised) back toward parasympathetic regulation, the rest-and-digest state where the migraine cascade can quiet.
You do this with two tools your nervous system already knows how to respond to. Somatic practice: small, slow, body-based movements that teach your system movement is safe again. And vagus nerve stimulation: breath, sound, and touch that engage the brake on the trigeminal cascade.
In five weeks, the course uncouples headache sensations from the brain's threat network. It takes you from reading every twinge as the start of another attack, to trusting your body again.
What the five weeks look like
Week 1 — Interoception and autonomic mapping. You learn to read your own body before the headache fully takes hold. You build your personal prodrome map (the early signals of neck stiffness, light sensitivity, mood shifts) so you can catch an attack at the start instead of after it has landed. Practices: ocular-cervical reset, extended-exhale breathing, neutral body scanning.
Week 2 — Vagal toning and upper-body de-armoring. You stimulate the cranial nerves that dampen trigeminal excitability, and release the chronic bracing in your jaw, neck, and chest. Practices: auricular vagus mobilisation, humming and vocal toning, jaw and suboccipital unwinding.
Week 3 — Somatic tracking and uncoupling pain from threat. You learn to observe an active headache with curious, objective attention, so the brain stops reading migraine sensations as danger. This is where the fear of the next attack starts to loosen. Practices: somatic tracking, pendulation, gentle somatic tremoring.
Week 4 — Visceral, spinal, and trigeminal integration. You calm the gut-brain axis and unbind the fascial tension running along your spine, to quiet the pain pathways downstream. Practices: abdominal un-binding, spinal and pelvic rocking, trigeminal acupressure sweeps.
Week 5 — Consolidation and preventive anchoring. You embed a daily maintenance routine and build a long-term plan from what worked best for you. Practices: somatic anchoring, the five-minute daily vagal protocol, and flare-up reframing so a future attack never resets your progress.
Your coach, every day.
The Migraine Relief Coach is an AI trained on this exact method. It guides you through the five weeks as a daily practice pacer, not a chatbot. There is no app to download and no journal to keep. It opens in your free Eden account on web or phone, and you type the way you would text me.
- Daily check-ins assess where your nervous system is, and prescribe the right three-to-five-minute practice for that day.
- Acute rescue steps you through a guided sequence in the moment an attack threatens, so you respond instead of react.
- Progress tracking shows the relationship between your practice and the changes in your migraine pattern, week to week.
About Peter Bennett
Peter Bennett is a chiropractor with 25 years of clinical experience. He ran sumatriptan clinical trials for Glaxo before becoming a chiropractor, and stopped his own migraines through chiropractic care. He has spent the decades since building a method for people whose nervous systems have stopped bouncing back, and is known for taking the complex cases other therapists could not solve. He runs The Natural Flow Method remotely, helping people rebuild nervous system capacity so they can stop managing triggers and start living again.

What this is
This is a course you can talk to.
The lessons are here, and you can read them like any course. But the AI has read all of them too. When something doesn't click, ask. When you're not sure how it applies to you, ask. It answers from Peter Bennett's material, not from the internet. It's like hiring Peter Bennett as a coach, without paying thousands of dollars for it.
Coach me through this week's practice. I'm new to this and haven't done any body-based work before.
Migraine Relief Coach
Good question. Here's what Peter Bennett teaches about that, and how it fits what you're doing.
This is how learning works now. You don't watch and forget. You ask, you get an answer for your situation, and you use it. That's what makes it stick.
What you can ask
- Coach me through this week's practice. I'm new to this and haven't done any body-based work before.
- I think a migraine is starting. Walk me through the rescue protocol right now, step by step.
- Tell me what to expect from the 5 weeks and how to know I'm doing it right.
- It's been a week of daily check-ins — show me patterns in my symptoms and what to focus on next.

Questions
I have tried everything. Why would this be different?
Most approaches work on the trigger, not the system. The Natural Flow Method treats your nervous system's capacity to handle input. It is a different variable, and it is not what most of the migraine world offers.
Do I need to be good with AI or technology?
No. You open the Coach and type the way you would text me. It knows the method, the sequence, and the practices, so you get guided answers without setup or prompting.
How much time do the daily practices take?
Most practices take three to five minutes. You do them once a day. The programme is built around small, cumulative changes, because that is how a sensitised nervous system recovers.
Can this work while I carry on with my usual care?
Yes. The method works through breath, posture, movement, and release. It sits alongside whatever you are already doing, and I do not ask you to stop anything.
Do I need to believe in it for it to work?
No. The mechanisms are physiological. Lie on your floor, do the first practice, and trust what your body tells you.
How do I use it after I pay?
It opens in your free Eden account on web and phone. The practices and the programme are laid out for you, and the Coach guides you through them one step at a time. You keep access.
